Bell Street South

One block north of Carling Ave, 2 blocks west of Bronson, south of the Queensway and east of Bayswater is a neighborhood that has undergone some revitalisation in the last 10 years.   This is where we built a duplex in 1997 and our 15 unit in 2004.  

It is an easy commute to Carleton University, a leisurely walk to the Canal, Dows Lake and all the great restaurants of Little Italy.

According to the 2006 canadian census, in this particular census tract , of a population a little over 3400, 90% were over the age of 15 and close to 2/3 of them had a post-secondary diploma.  In fact, the median age was 34.9 years old.

Public transit  seems to be just as popular to get to work as are biking and walking: it is a great central location!

We have very little tenancy turnover.  In fact, quite a few have been with us for more than 3 years, and many since our buildings were constructed. We take this as a testimony to the quality of the units offered, as well as our management style.
