These friendly landlords realize that they are offering a product that is dependent on the area market conditions. They never lose sight of the fact that they are renting “homes” to their tenants, and as such are always respectful of their clientele. They manage their own buildings, so if ever there is a problem, there is no run around – you always speak to the person who is in a position to make a decision, and take action.
Tenants can expect a bright and clean environment. All buildings have security lighting and restricted access, some have security cameras outside, and most units have alarm systems.
Their walk-up buildings have intercom systems to the front door. Water and Heat are included in these rents, and the units constructed after 2000 have in-floor hydronic heating, the temperature of which the tenant controls.
Full size fridge and stove are supplied in each unit, and the kitchens are very functional with lots of cupboard and counter space. There is one area in which to place an air conditioner, if the tenant so desires, without blocking windows.
Each tenant must pay their own hydro, and although parking is in addition to the rent, it is available. Laundry facilities are also on site.
