Different Housing Providers, One Share Goal
Not all housing providers are the same. They come in all types of shapes and sizes. One isn't necessarily better than the other; they're just different. At the end of the day, housing providers all work towards the same goal: to provide homes. The beauty of the diversity of the rental industry in Canada is this - you get to choose what's best for you.
A More Personal Rental Experience
In our case, Canci Rentals, is a local, small, family-owned housing provider. We’re proud to offer a more personalized rental experience. When you reach out to us, you’ll know our names and faces, and we’ll know yours. If you submit a maintenance request online, a trusted member of our team will see it and take care of it.
Personal Service, Professional Expertise
Choosing a more personal experience doesn’t mean giving up professionalism. Our team has years of hands-on experience in construction and rental housing, along with formal education and training. We work hard to deliver the quality you expect and deserve.
Building Homes Is Personal to Us
When you rent from a family-owned housing provider, there’s a lot at stake for us. Our 'eggs' are very much all in the same 'basket'. This is our full-time job, and it’s how we put food on our table and keep a roof over our own heads. There is no 'back-up plan'. We love the people we get to do this with, and who we do it for. In our case, we manage and maintain every building we own. Except for properties bought for redevelopment, we’ve built every building ourselves. In our short time, we’ve created 130 homes where only 12 stood before, and we plan to add 30 more soon. We love what we do, even though it means sleepless nights, making sacrifices and spilling blood, sweat, and tears to make it happen. What we do is not for the faint of heart.
Deeply Rooted in the Community
By choosing a small local housing provider like Canci Rentals, you can feel confident knowing that we have direct community connections in the neighbourhoods we serve. Our organization only operates in Ottawa. Our company's founders call this city home, planted roots and raised their children here. Their children, now team members, grew up here, planted roots of their own and pour into the community by volunteering their time and energy to make the community we all call home a better place today and tomorrow. Other members of our team, not family-related, have all done the same. They've played in the parks your kids play in today. They support the same local businesses you do. They know your neighbours' names, just like you do.
Choose What Feels Right for You
We hope you’ll choose to rent your next apartment from our family and get to know the great people who live in our buildings. But if what we offer isn’t quite right for you, that’s okay. As we said before, no one type of housing provider is better than another; they’re just different. You get to choose what’s right for you. If you don't know what that might be, feel free to reach out to us by calling the number on our website or filling out the 'contact us' form on this page. We're always here to help.
